The “Charlotte” dress has a hand beaded spider web collar embellishment done in silver seed beads. Based on a style from the late 1930s and early 1940s with puff sleeves, an a-line skirt, and a vintage style metal zipper at center back. Features two cute pockets on the front and ties that cinch the waist from the back to create a flattering silhouette. Made of 100% black rayon, fully lined.
